As you can see, Topher and Fish Department were there. Yahooy was also there but got banned for TK's about a min before I took that screenie.

Yep. I was just playing with the settings up to 8xTSAA/16AF @ 1280 and was getting about 30 FPS constant.

I love this card.

yes, that was during the first week the demo was released... and my aiming with the new "real life" sights were horrible.

does anyone else have it lock up for a few seconds when they use the in game screenshot button (prnt screen, not F4 or whatever if you're using fraps)

I used Print Screen and totally locked up my system, but Fraps works fine. Then again, my Printer was turned on so that may have something to do with it. :p

Yea print screen freeze's my game for like 2 seconds, horrible to do when your flying low Alt

I dunno about it being your printer, I think it has something to do with the fact that it saves it as a jpeg, as well as a png (they're about 2 megs for me)

Chase, Commander scores cant be compared to soliders because you can just art there spawns and get insane amout of kills, someone sniping off 60 people is a diffrent story.

What framerate are you getting with that Jarad... with 1600x1200 with those IQ settings anandtech measured 27 fps on a 6800U :confused:

oh yes I loveee knifing... I've done it when people are sniping, spawn camping and when idiots just stand there though I never risk screwing it up by taking a screenshot :), nice job

I didn't take a screeny of it, but here's a convo of what happened at Strike At Karkand once, when I was USMC commander. We had all the outposts so all we had to do was take out the Lone Wolfs.

Me (sets up UAV): That's the Last one...
Dude 1: He aint gonna be happy
Dude 2: He better run lol...
Dude 3: **** we're gonna lose...
Me (Launched artillery): **** I missed, go kill him.
Dude 2: Where is he now?
Me: Eh, just took out UAV
Dude 3: Told ya so...
Me: Got him, don't try to take out my artillery, *****...

BTW, I'm prouuuuuud :D

But by the look of that, I'ma need like 2500-3000 points or so to rank up, ****!!!

Nice, Me ... I cant find a ranked server that has alot of people in it, and most of the people there are really ******ed .... I cant find enough people to pick off with the smaller 12people servers ... :(

Likewise. I've been lucky to get into a few of the ranked 24 and 32 player servers, but the lag problem is driving me nuts. The game is largely unplayable atm for me. Last night I also started to get BSODs after lockups in game, so I ran memtest to see if my ram was at issue. Ran for 2.5 hours test 5 with not a single error, then checked the harddrive which was majorly fragmented (installed Splinter Cell Chaos Theory earlier in the day). I'm about to fire it up now and see if I get the same error. If so, I'm going to reinstall and try again. Games should not require this kind of bullsh-t tinkering with your hardware to get them to run properly. I mean, I can understand a clipping bug somewhere where a player gets stuck or maybe some texture issues here and there, but this is insane.

Well, Mine Crashes to desktop the first time you try to connect, then you do the exact same thing again and it works ....

My game crashes to the desktop from time to time, but only rarely. And that's when I'm already inside a server. I can get into 64 player servers and usually they're quite playable. That makes it a lot easier to score some points... But I'm not one of those insane 24/7 BF2ers so I'm not flying either, just doing well...

BTW, you can CHOSE which weapon you want to unlock, I became LC and it gave me a window where I could select which weapon I wanted to unlock... Chose the sniper rifle. Its uselessly inaccurate at long range, but its instant kill time and time again when you hit :D Next I'll take the support gun i think, that's a heavy *** monster :D

Chase you ever picked anyone off through armored glass with the 50. I had planned on unlocking that gun but im about 80% through privat first class.

I checked my stats after playing for a few hours ... i went form like 20 points back to 0 ... and my score was ok too ...

but the stats are totaly wrong ... and the more Lag you have on the servers, the more chance there is for Tks... i racked a few up ...

Yeah, well... My stats reset to 0 once in a while aswell, and then for no reason at all they're at 1000+ again. Stupid bugz.

BTW, this is about the time I stop playing, cuz now it gets hard to get in servers, and lag becomes inevitable. Before this time its very playable... (Sad for you, but this is only because all of America just got online :p)
