OC not stable anymore?

Hi have a Q6600 GO stepping cpu, i OC it to 3.6 using volts, 1.575, 1.2, 2.2, 1.45, 1.55, 1.30.

it was all working fine but one day it became unstable now with the same settings it will not become stable tried a few other OC but not stable.
i am using ballistix memory pc8500, i also have 2 8800 gt ssc cards in sli mode. can somone help me with this problem. temp is not an issue as i have watercooling

Grab memtest86+ 2.01v cd iso version burn the image to a disc, then let it test your ram for few hours.

Yep...happen to myself few days back overclock went unstable at 3.6 Ghz which had been 12hrs o.c.c.t stable tried cranking up the vcore didn't work, tested the ram low an behold error's like mad. Only one of my sticks is bad though. Link to my post about it.

Ok just tested the memory it is ok no problem with it, any other thinks i can try?

Maybe it's just the cpu degrading over time, how old is it?

What i mean by vdroop is...when you set 1.55v in bios what does cpu-z vcore read in windows during idle and load conditions. The difference between what's set in bios and what's shown by cpu-z is called vdroop
