(Old school Doom/Blood/Community Doom Cooperative gameplay.)

I've been having a lot of fun with it lately.

Doom 3 has some Cooperative mods out, but I've never took the time to look them up.

Exclamation Many LAN Co-Op Games

I have often searched for Mods and games for LAN Co-Op. I have a great computer fully customized but not all of my friends have one so I have to dub down the requirements to fit there needs. So I have came up with this list, hope it helps. I have only included games that do not require online activation as well as signing in.

Shooter:
Gears Of War
Unreal (Any)
Battlefield - Vietnam
Counter Strike Condition Zero (Bots)
Far Cry (Assault Co-Op Mod)
Halo (Mod)
Starwars Battlefront 1+2
Jedi Outcast 2
Doom 1-3 (3 Mod)
Tribes Vengeance
Alien Vs. Predator 2 (Mod)
Quake (1-3)
Counter Strike 2-D
Little Fighter 2
Worms Armageddon
Starship Troopers
Ghost Recon
SWAT 4

RPG:
Neverwinter Nights (Any Of Them)
Dungeon Siege (Any Of Them)
Overlord
Diablo (1+2)
Freelancer
Titan Quest + Expansion
Alien Shooter Vengeance

STRATEGY:
Rise Of Nations + Expansion
Rise Of Legends
Lord Of The Rings Battle For Middle Earth 1+2
Starcraft + Expansion
Star Wars Empire At War
Star Wars Battlegrounds
Warcraft 1-3
Age Of Empires 1-3
Age Of Mythology
World In Conflict
Empire Earth (All Of Them)
Command And Conquer (All Of Them)
Supreme Commander
Universe At War
Medieval 1-2
Nemesis Of The Roman Empire

RACING:
FLATOUT
TRON 2.0 Light Cycles
Midtown Madness 2

SINGLE COMPUTER GAMES:
Axis And Allies (Original)
Shadowgrounds (Controllers)
Lego Star Wars 2

I hope this list helps, these are just the games that I have lan'd with. Often it was with 1-2 other people. I give websites for mods and updates for these games that you can download if needed. My email is zgilbert13@msn.com.

i've personally payed 9 player Co-oP of BF1942 (ahh the memories) and was the pilot when we managed to do Simultaneous mind air pickups from people jumping out of Spitfires into a bomber.

also was the pilot when i managed to pick up 2 drowning people the same night

oh BF1942, you'll always be my favourite battlefield

PS, Svens mod for Half life = co-op play (personally haven't played that in years)

There are some good BF2 coop mods. NAW (nations at war mod), AIX (allied intent extended mod), and Hard Justice mod are some of my favorites. Complete with new kits, vehicles and down loadable map packs.

Sorry to revive this old thread. There is a Coop mod for Half-Life 2 called Synergy. Obviously you need two steam accounts to play online. But they are several non-steam launchers out there for source based games, I can't tell you where to get them though. They can allow you to play coop on lan at least.
