"Beat" FarCry?

I got to the point in single player where we set off the nuke, but after that it goes to a cut scene where the crazy doctor drops Carver into the jungle and says 'survival of the fittest' and then you basically just die with a ton of crazy gorilla creatures attacking you and only 10 bullets in your M4 Assault Rifle...but it has no checkpoint that it will let me load? I don't understand?

Just keep running, side stepping, etc. The mutants' range is limited, so they don't keep following you. Once you get past a certain point, you can see the ocean. Just keep running towards it, because once you hit water, you will be completely out of range (the mutants can't swim ). Don't bother trying to fight them.

once u jump off of the waterfall u r left on take out the little creature.....jump off......land in water....get out and hide on land to the left in brush to not be seen........u need to take far side of land.....kill only one creature towards the end of the left part...run like hell into water......get to helicopter and fire away......

yeah, pretty much keep running from them, you eventually run into a crashed helicopter with a whole bunch of ammo/armor etc... and a mini gun that you can use to take down a big group of guys in front of you.

i just killed that one monster with my m16 and then kept to the right the whole time hitting the ocean and continued to stay on the right once u hit the other side.

that happen to me aswell i think its just a glitch in the game just restart the game and checkpoints will be there

then, after you beat the game, you can make your own levels!

Just WALK along the side of the jungle slowly. Wade in the water as far from the bad guys as possible. When you get to the downed helicopter there will be health and ammo..... Just wait till you get up to the next save point. You have to take on like freaking 6 of those rocket launcher guys

The ending was crap though, you killed that one annoying guy and that was it...I expected some big boss to finish the game

Oh man...try taking those 6 guys with 1/2 life. It must have taken me a hundred trys to beat that part...think of how difficult it would be on hard

JUST STAY TO THE RIGHT!

if u stay to the right, u should hit the ocean and the helocopter will be to the far left of u sorta, and u just keep walking. using this strategy on my first run through it i got through using no bullets! u dont need to use the helocopter!

I'm with URBAN on this one. I went to the left but I think either way would be fine.

anyway theres no need....as everyones said just keep running... use the water then when its gets shallow go up to the left and run really high up the top ... haha this levels a bi**h...though the hardest one for me was definately the volcano one where theres 6 of those massive dudes
