As long as you don't have any "snow" when gaming then you should be ok on the VC.

Thermochill radiator 120. two 120mm fans.
D-tek LRWW for CPU
Maze 4 for GPU
Eheim 1048
1/2" Tubing
No additives in water (except anti-algae)

Its worth pointing out that the two 120mm fans are at there lowest possible speed. I will test later with them at their highest speed to see what happens.

Now at idle CPU = 41* GPU = 57*

Im only using my old 2000xp till I get a new processor. My 3200xp died when I first booted yesterday. I havent decided whether to get another 3200xp or go for an athlon 64.

Max die temperature for GPU is 120c...so no, it's not too high, but you should be getting fair better temperatures under your watercooling set up.

You sure you used thermal paste?

there's a known 20șC discrepency on readings of 9800s. I believe RivaTuner reads 20șC higher than ATITool, or vice versa

How do you make the ATI tool read temps?

Im using a thermal probe. Its taped to the back of the card. The core of the chip itself I think would be hitting 80* or more.

How normal is this for a WC setup?

Yeah, that does sound high...
My 9800Pro is WAY overclocked (still on air; not much longer!), and we have comparable temps with calibrated thermal diodes... I have modded my stock air cooling, but that's still not great.
