Need some info on ram for OCin the celly d

Ok like i have said in some of my other threads I am building a rig for folding alone. I have picked out my cpu and everything else but I have ram left to choose.
Since it is a folder I have chosen the celeron d for my cpu. I am gonna use my ecs 648fx-a(possibly gonna buy an ic7) that is jus layin here in my room for m/b. I need to know what ram to use for o/c. Since celeron d is 133 fsb(pc2100)(133x4=533) I was thinkin either pc3200 or pc3500. I also need to know how much. I plan on using win98 so 256 or 512 should be plenty or would 128 be enough? Also does the amount of ram, effect the oc? like will 128 mb oc better than 256(512, 1gb...). I need this info cuz I am gonna o/c the **** outta this thing cuz w/ foldin all that matters is th GHZ.

The less ram= the better chances you have to overclock because there will be less chances that the ram will barf on you.
