TEC On A Gigabyte 3d Cooler?

I'm In The process of building a secondary rig that I plan on overclocking to the max. Round 1 is going to consist of a 1700+ or 1800+ (picking a few up off of Ebay now) T-Bred B Core (Already got 1 Week 9, JIUHB)

ANyway, I'm going to experiment with some extreme cooling. I use a Gigabyte 3d Cooler Pro on my AMD 64 and have have noticed that it has enough space between the Fins and Sink to fit a good size TEC. (Probobly couldnt fit a water block in too though.

For those of you not familiar Heres a Pic

Would this be worth trying?

Would the Peltier keep the Heat Pipes too cold to be effective?

ANother googy Idea that poped into my head was Stacking a Pair of TEC's. In theory the top one would cool the bottom for maximum efficientcy from the one on the bottom... Crazy? I assume I'm not the first one to think of that.

Try it out, Ive never seen anyone do it..
Stacking TEC's is a baaddd idea, they will overheat and the thermal load will be too much for them
