Question Need some help on cooling pls.

Right now im using a P4 3.2 northwood @ 3.58ghz reached it max speed..

Its a crappy cpu so I think I will replace it with a 3.2 pressie.

Now I have 29C idle and 41C load
With Zalman 7000A CU

My memory runs at 39C idle and 55.5 load.. and that worries me abit.
Isnt that to high?

My northbridge runs at 44C max load

I wounder if there is something I need to upgrade.

Should I get a better fan for the cpu if I trade my northwood for a presscott?

Im using corsair 3200XL with black heatsink. but should I buy a 40mm fan and place it on it to keep it lower than 55C ? If so how do I do this best?

And also my Vcard runs at 57C max load using Excalibur X800 XT PE excalibur ICEQ version that should be the best one. Is this temps fine ?

And finaly should I buy another 40mm fan and place on the northbridge in some way as well ?

Your CPU temps are fine, everything else seems a little warm to me.

What are your case and room temps?

If your case temps are over 10C higher than your room temp,

then you might want to consider some additional case cooling.

I use to get around 28C in case and I got 21-22C in the room.
Im using 1 120mm fan for intake and 1 120mm for out. So there should be some good vent in the case. Thou I agree I think the mem and chip temps are pretty hott.

But whats a good temp for a X800 XT PE card.
is 57C to hott ?
