windows problem ? you tell me
aim (newest) yahoo (newest) msn messenger (newest) photoshop 7 firefox The situation at hand is with yahoo. When I sign in, it shows my buddy list, but gives me a c++ error and closes. unfortunately since im at work I cant give it . anyways I installed yahoo messenger 5 (oldversion.com) and it wont even sign in. I reinstalled yahoo 6 (overwrote 5) and still the same thing. restarts do nothing. Yahoo will show people sign in/sign out but not let me do anything. BUT when my brother signs. in, its fine. no errors, and everything works fine. The only issue I see is I have 200 friends and he has 5. The reason I think its windows is because of the error, but I could be wrong. No problems through the install of yahoo or xp, legit copy of XP, no service packs yet, so I dont know. ![]() celey 1ghz 384mb ram 64mb video card side off (cooling) |

Have you tried completely removing all versions of yahoo and restarting. Then reinstalling the latest version of yahoo?
I don't useyahoo, but if that doesnt fix it I don't know what to tell you. What is the exact error it is giving you. Google that error and see what you get |
