If you have windows xp pro goto run and type "gpedit.msc" there's a ton of options for users and I'm sure there's something in their that will let you set a time limit to be on.

yeah i know but i dont want i prog that will disable it from a certian time cuz he uses it at random times i just want i dunno his account stop working after he uses it too long. Similar to AOL u control how much ur kids (DAD) spend on the internet. That would be great if I had that kind of browser but i have mozzila and their are no options llike that. Either i want something that will trun off his account or just stop the ie. after certion amount of time it was in use.

What an oddity, having to boot pops off the computer. and i dont think there is any way to prevent this other than to lock him out completly with a boot password

about the connection , you need to have "Fast switching" enabled between user accounts and you have to set the usage of the connection for "Anyone who uses this computer" in the connection proporties or when you open it (assuming its some sort of dialup) you have an option to enable the connection for "Only me" or "Anyone who uses this computer"...
