Super-Flower 350W - Enough??

Do you think the Super-Flower 350W will be good enough for my system and future system and supply me with a good overclock (stable rails).

Current System:

ABit IS7
Celeron 2.7Ghz @ 3.3Ghz with 1.7 vcore (because it flucuates from 1.7 - 1.6)
xFx 6600Gt
512MB PQI Dual Channel PC3200 RAM
160gig Seagate Barracuda SATA
1- CD-RW drive
1- DVD burner drive
6- case fans
1- modem
1- Soundblaster live! 24-bit

Future system: (by next Xmas or job this summer )

ABIT IS7
3.2E @ ?.?? Ghz (hopefully 4Ghz )
xfx 6600GT
1024MB PQI Dual Channel Ram
2x 160gig Seagate Barracuda SATA
1- CD-RW drive
8- case fans
1- modem
1- Soundblaster live! 24-bit

Think It can support my current system and future system or at least hold my current system till I build/upgrade to my future one? And also provide good stable rails for a good overclock?

My current PSU is 25A on the +12v, but flucuates the vcore like crazy.

My current PS is this one: PowerUp 400W

Thanks

Current system, yes.

New system, margional.

The TTGI 550W would be fine for both.

though it should work, i would still get something a little more powerful. The TTGI 550w is a good choice, got mine today and its great. Great bang for the buck.
