HP ASUS with ATI chipset Motherboard

Anyone familiar with the mobo asus supplies HP for their AMD systems? My friend just got one and I know nothing about it. Does HP leave the bios unlocked for tweaking? Can I overclock with this motherboard? He's got a nice 3500+ venice that I'd like to help him overclock.

If it's from HP the on ly way you're going to over clock it is if you can find a hacked BIOS to flash. Other then that there is NO WAY to overclock an HP with stock BIOS.

Find out what his HP model, and search it at hp.com, and look for detailed specs.
