Back folding

After a long while stuck with a APX getting 100PPD, then having mobo problems and getting stuck with a 366celly, I'm back chugging away.
ATM i got a pent D 930, bout to get a 2.4B from back home, and am getting ready to order a pent d 805 system on newegg. I'm wondering what kind of PPD can i expect from these three. Currently my 930 has chewed through 2 600 pointers, a gbgromacs and a tinker, so it's around 250 PPD at the moment. Is that normal?

Well you've got to remember that Jason's ppd is calculated across 7 days and you have only been running that new box for 4. It looks like your average is really more like 400ppd which is pretty good for a single system!

From the 366 celly... ~ 30.0 PPD
From the 930.......... ~275 ..PPD
From the 2.4B......... ~100 ..PPD
From the 805.......... ~250 ..PPD

Those are just guesses though. Im gonna put you, depending on work units, between 600-700 PPD....

that sounds about right, i dunno I'm skimping a little on the mobo and memory for the 805 system so i don't expect much of an OC. I'll prolly shoot for 2.8 or something. Anyways.. i was wondering, will win 2000 pro work w/ dual core??
