Hard to tell, but I imagine it would be at least 172watts and I bet any money that the TEC is a 24volts unit operating at 75% effieciency meaning the PSU is probably 16volts.

well I guess, but it looks like what I was thinking about......just use one TEC and get rid of the copperblock

so thats just a dual WB/TEC that cools the copper that sit ontop of the CPU......right?
