'x1650pro 512mb Ddr2 Agp' Vs Hd '2600 Xt 256mb Ddr3 Agp'

Which one of these cards is the 'best'?

X1650PRO 512MB DDR2 AGP

or the

HD 2600 XT 256MB DDR3 AGP

So one has 256mb DDR3 and the other 512 DDR2, wondered if there were any benchmarks on them, but can't find any at the moment.

If anyone knows a good benchmark site, please tell me!

I'm gonna get one of the cards for my brothers PC, the last one died (it was an ATi X800 256mb ddr3)

Cheers guys

Don't ask why unless you want to join them.
2600xt beats out that X1650pro handily...

also, if you google, you will find results...http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...600+xt+reviews

What is the budget for this? AGP is a requirement I assume?

erm yeah AGP, but just as cheap as possible really

those two cards are:

X1650PRO 512MB DDR2 AGP - £42.18

HD 2600 XT 256MB DDR3 AGP - £50.13

But I know AGP cards are getting scarce so I wanted to get one soon really, most of them seem to be out of stock at the moment, are they likely to stock AGP stuff again?

Cheers for the link

See if you can squeeze an X195pro AGP out of your budget (70). That card spanks both of those I believe.

Ooh OK cheers for that, might go n' buy that one.

Yeah, I'll check with my brother, see what his budget is, but that sounds awesome.
