Which 4850?

I am wanting to buy a 4850 1gb. I started looking and there are a dozen different ones with different HS and features. Which one is going to be the best? I am ok with dual slot heatsinks and I am trying to keep the price as close to $200 as possible. Here is a couple I have been looking at.

And this is the only 512mb I am considering.

Thanks for the help.
