First Build. Review wanted

Case: Antec 300
Proc: 7750
Mobo: Asus 790gx
Video Card: BFG 55nm 9600gt
Hard Drive: WD 640
PSU: PPC 420x 12v30a
RAM: G.SKILL 4x2GB PC2-6400

Yeah its an average build but considering what i was using for 3 years its a step up. (came from Dell E510 P4 630 3.0GHZ, Radeon x600, 2x512mb)

I tried to get my cpu cooler when i had it set at 15.5x 3110, but nothing would make it stable here was my mod: Stock Cooler Mod.. I wanted a review to see if someone could suggest a better way of organizing my fans to get my cpu temp down.. without a new cooler. Settings so far: 1.4625vcore, 15.5x 3110, Prime95 small ftt 4 minutes fail 71C load
