Why can't they just say "Intel/AMD compatible but optermised for Intel i5/i7" to save confusion! Thanks for all the info everyone in this thread, very useful stuff

I dont think we can do anything about the propa ganda that companys will churn out to get you to buy there stuff.
Personally memory and motherboards are so full of BS packaging gimmicks they make buying motherboards look like buying a v-tek laptop for babys |
