PSU for HTPC....Too Risky?

I'm looking to build a cheap htpc for my wife for CHRISTmas....i wanted a htpc case that was big enough so as to avoid having to use low profile cards.....and i came across this apevia case...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811144232

I like the price and size....but I'm a bit nervous about the psu the case comes with....I would NEVER use an apevia psu normally but I know that i'm not going to come close to pushing this psu...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817148038

Since the whole build is going to be with cheap low power parts would it be reasonably safe to use the psu in your opinions?

Apevia PSU's have earned there reputation of eating systems as they are loaded beyond about 50% of rated capacity, so as long as you are not going to pull more than 250W to 300W, you "might" be just fine, but no guarantees!

If you want your HTPC to last, buy a quality built PSU, the ones that come with most cases are crap... remember, you do get what you pay for.

This is a judgment call. The average field failure rate for cheap PSUs is typically in the range of 5%-10% per year, but many of these units are under moderate loads. If you are building a true HTPC using a low power CPU and a low power GPU you can get away with a cheap PSU. The key to success is making sure that you keep system components to an absolute minimum, ensure good case cooling, and periodically back up all of your media to an external drive.

i plan on using an asrock 780g (using integrated graphics)....am2+ 5000 45nm 65w (will try to unlock)...2gb ram....1 HDD...1 DVD drive.....wireless adapter card...and tv tuner card. So I think it should be pretty low power consuming
