Tesselation wouldnt count anyway with gtx295. 295 is a dual gpu 5870 is a single gpu. Ive never been that impressed with the 295. maybe i have a downer on it but all i can think of is its got good power requirements for its power. but gimme two gtx275 any day. and two 5870 would just rip its areshole in two

A friend just installed his new 5770 & this is one h3ll of a card for $160
Reviewers report that 2X 5770's in CF out-perform a single 5850, so given that the 5850's will probably be going for around $300, money wise you are not losing anything by going with a pair of 5770's. ![]() Of course the price of the 5700 series will probably go up now also, especially the 5770! ![]() Nvidia isn't going to be any help until 2Q10, if they are still even in the GPU business!
