newegg is screwing me

I sent in 2 pieces of software for a rma with newegg. They agreed to send me back new copies when we set up the rma. I get back my original 1 piece of "tested ok" software, and my other unopenned software is nowhere to be seen. I contact them about it, and get the run around about it. I told them I have spent thousands of dollars with them, and they better straighten it out, or else. They are doing nothing it appears, and I need another place to spend my money. The end....of newegg for me anyway.

Moved to the right place...

Call them up again and explain what is wrong... Don't overcomplicate the story, just tell them what you sent back and what you *were supposed* to receive. Then tell them what you actually got... They will work with you I'm sure...

I feel like we are only getting half the story. Newegg has always been clutch, this seems like something else is involved.

I agree. Newegg is always good.

Something is missing.

Not for me, my thread should be below this one somewhere. I sent in ram for RMA, and they sent back the same exact ones after "being inspected, and RMA approved".

When they sent it back to me, I called and the guy said it was supposed to be replaced, and he had no idea why they didnt. I just sent it back again for a refund and bought another set.
