Rebuilding Again!

Both blocks were bought at the same time, ordered 2/15. Both went under water at the same time as well, they're bridged together typically. I'm not convinced that the heating problem is due to the smearing / staining / whatever that is. I was planning on re-seating the blocks anyways, which is actually when I noticed the problem. I feel like the heat may be cause by the setup and configuration of my blocks and their location, but I'm going to re-address that issue later
