Back to folding need some info

I'm taking another stab at folding and i was wondering if someone could tell me if I'm setup correct and these settings are optimal

Yes youre running, but youre not optimal.

You no longer need the advcmethods flag, but you'll do alot better using the -bigadvc flsag.

The tpf will inrease by oh 30mins but byour points will go to like 60k

Man if you don't care about your power bbgill, you have 3 570s, gtood for 15k each as well.

I'd ideally run, -smp 10 -bigadvc then run 3 gpu clients too.

those 580's should be good for more that 15k, my 570 pulls almost 18k by itself

and theres no "c" in advmethods or bigadv
just to be clear

edit:
and thats one h3ll of a system youve got there btw

Hmm, i read 570's.. so your correct the 580's will do alot more.

I always screw up the "c"

I'm not folding on that system (maybe later) I got a new Dell server for free with Dual Xeon X5690's I'm messing with. If I get into it more I'll run on 2 980x @ 4.5 1 2600k @4.5 3x GTX 480's 3 GTX 580's and 2 560 Ti's

But for now I'm considering setting up Linux on the server in a VM and running from there thoughts on that?

You know, that really explains the points... It seemed high, but thees a huge increase with more real cores.

Well, agan.. switch it up to bigadv and let it rip!
