PSU is a possibility - it is a low end power supply, and even if it is rated at 650W, it will probably be far below that. We here recommend to get quality PSUs because it is a very good investment.
edit: This also does not necessarily mean you need more than 650W - with that build you can also get away with a high quality 500W PSU. But 600W is a good point to start if you want to have some headroom. |

first thing I notice is this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/EZCOOL-650W-.../dp/B0010YLGZI 4 for 4 sayin steer clear. 2nd thing I notice is this: +3.3V 35A; +5V 38A;+12V 38A that much power on the lower voltage tells you it is an old design. third: For Socket 775; AM2; and all backward compatible CPU’s I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that PSU has outworn its welcome and its time you invest in a good unit. |

I'm surprised that EZCool power supplies are still on the market. Could the EZCool 650w model produce 300w without blowing up? Probably not. I would not attempt to overclock anything in that system until you install a safe and reliable PSU. EZCool is a disaster waiting to happen - killing your mobo, ram, and video card as it releases the magic smoke.
