Best browser for 3G capped internet?

I just got a sprint 3g/4g mobile hotspot. What browser would be best to use with this for my laptop?

I'm asking because I dont get unlimited bandwidth with it, just 3 gigs/month....

I dont need the webpage to check every single thing for the newest version every time. I'm capable of doing that myself if I feel something is out of date...

looks like using alot of cache would be a good idea too.. I'm not worried about speed since I have a SSD too

so what would be best to use with this combo to minimize data usage? thanks

Opera with Turbo enabled. It will cut your data usage by at least a third and it's very, very fast.

Yeh never liked using Opera but Carozzeria is right, it's insanely quick!
