HD5970 poor performance/Voltage problem?

Hi again guys.
Now I do not know if I'm imagining that the card performs worse than before, or if there actually is something wrong.

Anyways. During the day i've done some troubleshooting and found this.

I followed a guide on overclocking and notice that only GPU1 was increasing.
Anyone with an explanation? Is it time to trash it and buy a new one?
