possible video issue
Well, I'm posting here as I don't really know where to post, but it's maybe a GPU problem. my pc (see signature) has crashed few times recently, and when it's happening, I can not do anything, I have to force-shutdown it. I've attached a pic of the screen when it happened the last time. this pic shows a frozen image (in this case, an online video of political show on french TV, anyway...), weird thing is that the sound is also kind of frozen, keep jumping. anyone could advice me on how to troubleshoot. Many thanks vince |

Does it crash during games?
I'd make sure all drivers are updated. Are you overclocked? |

I'd run memtest/linx or prime95/OCCT and see if you can pinpoint a specific piece of hardware. Alternatively, fresh format.

For a fresh install I would backup, reformat, and reinstall the o/s. |
