Ati 4850 512mb

ATI 4850 512MB is gone, which ATI GPU is alternative to this GPU, I am looking for simliar preformance.

5770,6770, 7770. They are faster than a 4870 or just about equal. They can be had for about $80 - $125.

7770 is by far the fastest.

can you use Nvidia GPU on this mobo when there is ATI chipset? I would say no

You can. Probably not SLI but you can use a single Nvidia GPU in it.

You could also try baking your 4850 to get some more life out of it.
