Unable to overclock while populating all 4 DIMMs

Hello All,

I was finally able to get my 2500K to 4.5GHz! I was the lucky recipient of a chip that needs 1.42V to go that high...sucks. Anyways, I am stable after running Prime, OCCT, etc if I only populate 2 of the DIMMs. Does not matter which 2 or which sticks I use. MemTest comes back clean after 24 hours. I get a freeze with no blue screen. Pop out the other 2 DIMMs and it works.
I can run them at 7-7-7-21 1T @1333MHz. Any ideas as to how I can get all 8 GB of my RAM while keeping my overclock? Or is this some normal limitation that I am just not aware of?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here is my entire system specs:
Intel Core i5-2500K @ 4.5 GHz
Diamond Radeon 6970 2 GB - GPU @ 900 / RAM @ 1400 -
(BIOS modded and overclocked 6950)
Zalman ZM-VF3000A GPU cooler with ZM-RHS69 for FETs
Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3 mobo
G Skill RipJaws 4GB DDR3 1333 (2x2GB)
Corsair H-100 push-pull
Indigo Xtreme Thermal Interface Material
HAF 922 Black Steel Case
Thermaltake ToughPower XT TPX-750 PSU
Windows 7 SP1 64-bit

That's a board or bios issue. Update to latest bios. If that doesn't do it RMA the board.

Thanks Mr. Scott. I am 95% sure I already did, but I will check my BIOS version and update if needed. The board is too old to RMA as the issue just started a few months ago and the board is a year old. Perhaps a failing component inside the board. ****.

That board has a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. RMA it to Gigabyte.
