ocz tech powersupply

I have a ocz power supply. I went to turn on the computer one day and everything inside the tower light up, fans turning but no monitor power up and non of the cd rom drives will open. The only thing I see is the green lights on the cd rom drives blink time to time. I checked for power at the power plug for the cd rom and there is power. I connected the cd rom drive to another computer and it works fine. I took the power supply out and tried to bench test it and when I jumped the green to ground the built in fan shakes and the led lights on the psu blinks. Im lost. If any other information needed just let me know please. DFI LanParty UT nF4 SLI-DR mother board.

PSU is no good. When you say checked for power at the plug, did you check with a DMM to see how much power?
