Is my card borked?

Every now and then while playing bf3 the game locks up and i get green dots on the screen then the game crashes.

Its only happened 3 or 4 times, some people say the card is borked and others say clock the mem down.

The only other time ive had anything like this was when my card died, what do you guys think?

Try playing at stock clocks and see if you still have issues.

Check temps -Both GPU and Case - maybe your case inlets are dust caked.

Check the GPU cooler isn't choked with dust either.

Still sounds a little flaky though.

Artifacting like you described is usually a sign that the GPU is having issues. This is most commonly heat related, but could be power related, or like you suspect it could just mean your card is starting to die on you. You can try to underclock it some and see if that helps you for the time being, but if heat and power look good, then it's probably time to start looking into new cards.

I left memtest going overnight and got 1 error.

Should i try the memtest you put on disc or is this one good enough?

Additional Comment:

I just ran memtest with all 3 sticks on their own in slot 2 and got no errors, ill try the other slots that are used for triple channel.
