Apple loses again... HTC defeats Apple in patent dispute

Glad HTC won. Apple may actually upgrade their phones to a semi decent level now.
For a long while now they have been quite a way behind the curve. Yes they were innovative in coming up with the iPhone but they very quickly got surpassed and iPhones are pretty poor now in comparison to the top phones from Samsung. |
