Best intel combo for around $500

Im looking to get a new processor, motherboard , and ram for my setup. I have everything else so just need that. Am looking at this currently but want to know what the best combo for my price would be.

Do you have a good cooler or SSD?

Reason I ask is this is what I woul look at:
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Voltage Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR1

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 ...

Total is 404 and there is a $15 promo code on the 2500K right now brining the total to $389. With the saved money you can strengthen something else in your system. A lot of good 128gb SSDs are falling in about $100 right now, whats the rest of your system?

Looks perfectly acceptable to me. Popular processor, good features motherboard that isn't too expensive, and a Quick RAM kit that is popular already. Don't see a whole lot to improve on unless you need something specific or have needs we are not aware of.
