pc performance overlay

Hello everyone.

Ive been looking for a lil overlay that I can use that will show me in a sort of small display, my cpu temp,%, gpu temp %, memory %?

Anyone know of such a program? I just bought fraps to record my video and i found this as the closest all in one application, even works with ts3... http://www.playclaw.com/

some stuff in this app i want, but i dont need the video capture... i could buy it, what do you all think?

I dont want my overlay to take up much room, but jsut give me the essentials while I game. some adjustability would be nice in teh program too like i can choose where to put it, what color and size font, maybe even what to display... ? thanks all for your help.
