About 5-10 quid more. I liked the idea of the Scythe it because I can triple fan the beastie and it has 8 heat pipes, that and it being less than half the price of a NH-D14. Saying that, that is the second mention of the 212 in my threads....seems to be well though of.

Even though it's cheap I'll think I will give the Scythe a miss. The reviews on the interweb are not good and it probably won't be much better than my Zalman 9500. I'll keep looking. I do want to get a better cooler though as it is the one thing I can improve on my rig without resorting to major surgery (of the financial kind!).
