TurboV evo cpu level up

Hey I got a new Maximus V Gene motherboard and a I7 3770k intel processor and I just wondered if I could safely use the TurboV evo software's CPU Level Up system to upgrade this badboy to 4.6ghz which is the max they offer me.
Oh ye and my processor cooler is a Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling System

I'm not sure how it goes about generating that overclock so can't say for certain, but 4.6 should be a reasonable OC for the 3770k, so the processor most likely will be capable of it.

do you *need* to overclock with the TurboV software? I've always heard that an overclock made in the BIOS is generally more stable and a bit higher (in clock speeds) than what an overclock software could do.

Well last time I tried overclocking in bios I burned my PSU and my motherboard so I aint doing that for the next 10 years and I really don't need more than 4.6ghz (thats a ton for me :P)

Eh, I still think you could go higher if you overclocked in the BIOS. I definitely get that people don't want to mess with the BIOS or they don't want to put the time in, though.
