Z77 motherboard recommendation

Hey guys I've been out of the computer realm for sometime and need some recommendation on a z77 motherboard. I'm planning to get i5 3750k and looking for a mobo with maximum overclocking ability. Ive done some research and theres a mix between asus, asrock, and gigabyte. So im not too sure which board to get. So anyhow, here are my questions

1. Which z77 mobo would u recommend?
2. What kind and brand of ram would u recommend?

best deals on a z77 for overclocking is

1. MATX = MVG
2. ATX = OCF

Ram depends on what you are looking for, there is quality 2400 out there at a fair price or there is very cheap Samsung green for example that will clock to 2100>2400 depending on your luck and ability

I would look for 2 X 8gb sticks of at least 1800 @ 1.5 volt


Just about any of these (1.5volt only) would be great, its a choice then of how much, looks and perception/warranty
