I'd go with a bigger case. A mid tower dosnt offer enough airflow. And if you ever want to upgrade you'll be stuck on room. Go with a full tower case. You wont regret it.

I'm a big fan of full towers for the air flow.
You'll be constricted by all the wires in a middy.
Everything else looks good to me.
Nice build.

Don't ask why unless you want to join them.
Go with PC4000 or higher RAM if you want to overclock that processor, and might i suggest an aftermarket heatsink..

Also possibly getting a new soundcard... What sound card are you using on it? Go ahead and get a new one... It will be a big difference from an audigy or something if you get an xfi.

get the 89w 4400+, thats the 110w version. they suck. i hate mine. ADV4400CDBOX, not ADA. i think...

the RAM doesnt look very good at all. G.Skill HZ PC4000 maybe?

dvd-rw: NEC 3550a.

graphics card: go with eVGA.

don't get xfx videocards, get evga as their newer revs of 7900 gt is more stable and is protected against overclocking.
