Really? Did you try and call them or just chat? They've always footed the bill when I complained to them about something of that nature. You could always contact Tony @ OCZ if it's an issue with the RAM, they are pretty awesome too.

Well, that was on the 2nd, shipped on the 3rd, and has been in Akron since the 5th. Its still not here. I called the PO, and they said there was a shipment of a couple hundred packages that it was part of to the main warehouse in akron. All other zip codes around here got their packages from that shipment on the 8th, but my PO didnt get any of them.
