Terrible Primochill Customer Support!!

Well here is my experience of Primochill customer support for their over priced brittle plastic Ghost fittings (That split/crack under normal hand tightening)

OK here goes..
I bought 8 Blue & White PrimoChill 3/8th by 5/8th Ghost Compression Fittings.
I dry test fitted 3 of them and 2 of the screw on covers that grip the tubing completely cracked in half under normal hand tightening..I did not want to use a hand tool as the Ghost fittings looked thin to me when I first took them out of their packets.
The website sales pitch says, Quote "Made from Ultra Strong Polycarbonate with a Proprietary UV-Resistant resin for bullet proof quality that lasts. "
Well they are far from as strong as bullets!!

So I emailed Primochill via their USA website and was directed to open a RMA support request on the "moddersmart.com" website which handles the RMA support requests for Primochill..I'm in the UK.
So on September 8th 2009 I opened my first support ticket on the moddersmart.com website which handles Primochill support.
I've uploaded a photo below showing my support request and Primochill's replies back to me from the moddersmart.com website.
Suffice to say today is now October 22nd 2009 and Primochill have not given any customer support to me by sending out a replacement Ghost compression fitting for the ones that cracked..And at £3.70 each they are not cheap!!
The last reply I had from Primochill on the Moddersmart website was dated October 5th 2009.
Their reply was quote "Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, our reseller in the UK did not have stock. Now he does, expect them in a couple days. Again sorry for the delay.
Best Regards,"
So today is now October 22nd 2009 a good 14 days have passed since their promise I'd have replacements within afew days, and still no replacement Ghost fittings have been sent out to myself,
So due to this poor terrible customer support and total waste of my time waiting for the replacements to be sent out frpm Primochill or from their UK supplier I am finished with buying Primochill parts!
As I now know what to expect from any future support requests I may have to make if their product fails on me ie NOTHING NA DA NIL shall I go on?
I was going to buy a Typhoon lll resorvoir but have instead bought an EK spinner res version due to the fact if the Typhoon lll went faulty ie leaked I know Primochill would just ignore my support requests,
