How's This For a Water Chiller?

What do you guys think .
Its a chest freezer or a deep freezer. Its got 15 gallons of water and 6 gallons of dex cool antifreeze. It hasn't had much time to chill since the addition of more antifreeze but the temps aren't bad. The temp probe I used is really accurate where as the compnurse reads the temps higher than what they really are.

Nah its cool now. That picture was taken before I used the amounts stated in the first post. All the ice has melted and the temps are better.

Hey Chong, do you think that would save more money in electric bills than using pelts to cool down the water?

I am using pelts still but this makes the pelts a lot colder. With TEC modules you have to cool the hot side and it its directly proportional to the cold side temps. So by using a water chiller I am able to hit some sub 0 temps easy on the CPU side.

Now you guys know why I took the radiator out of the loop. If I would have left it it would have been what Jason called "air conditioning my apartment." And we tested it and it really does AC my apt, lol.

Anyway need more antifreeze now at -15C.

Thanks for the happy bday . Lost my teens forever .

Well I need to go get some more antifreeze. Temps are at -17C but its getting really slushy. If I use maybe like a 50/50 mix it might get to -30C .

Anyway be prepared for some R9700 benching in the next day or so. I just got my AC unit fixed so no more of this hot air crap.
