Any body know what this mobo is capable of

A88xm-e45 v2 MSI mother board i know the specs but for the life of me cant find very much about overclocking with

Depending on the overclock features in bios it should overclock. Generally only light overclocking is recommended on these being 4+2 VRM and mATX configuration is not meant for overclocking in most cases. HTPC

They overclock, but not real well due to the limited power availability.

Good for low-end gaming systems or media systems paired with an A10 though.

They're also a LOT better than the "lower than -G45" MSI mATX motherboards for reliabilty if you're pushing the APU at all, since they put some heat-sinking on SOME of the CPU power circuitry.
