Mobility 9600 OC and catalyst drivers???

how can i overclock a mobility 9600 and where can i get the latest catalyst drivers for this card?? i have a HP laptop and they haven't come out with new drivers since oct'03 !!! ATI site directs me to the HP site

you have to get drivers from the manufactorer of the laptop and.. really you shouldnt oc your moblie card... it heads up alot faster.
