You should be able to be banned from servers (official) and private ones on request but you shouldn't be banned from the game. I couldn't give 2 ****s about your experience. What about the day that it recognizes some inconsequential thing running in the background and your MAC address is banned? Are you really going to say "Oh well"?

The same people that do now. When I called activision about getting my money back they talked about their antihacking teams that monitor reported players and ban them. Every player that is any good has been falsely accused of hacking, and punishment on that basis would be a train wreck. Are you really advocating cheaters rights or just saying that wrongly loosing your games would be terrible? Because everyone agrees on that. Im not sure what kind of cheating you guys think im on about but aimbots and wallhacks seem indefensible to me. My pc was expensive only because it was built for gaming and as such represents a lot of time at a dangerous job for me. To have its enjoyability removed by someone who just wants win without effort is a big deal to me. Im advocating the banning of people in ranked servers, who are caught and confirmed by people hired by the game maker company to do exactly that. Like I said cheating in single player or servers for that is fine. Well know the cheat code for Doom II. Its fun. Multiplayer players who want to play in a cheat free environment should be able to. Those who know the risks and still choose to ruin other peoples fun get what they have coming. I would hope no one looses their games, but because they follow the rules and hack and cheat in designated areas, and leave the rest of us to play the game we paid for. Its also worth noting that MW3 is worlds better than it used to be as far as that goes. Anyone that was playing a month after launch knows that it was stupid unplayable.

Bottom line is..... people who created the game and own the server for the mear privilage of letting purchasers of the game play will and should call the shots, its their right to do so and if you dont agree to their terms, play elsewhere or it will be done for you if your caught cheating.

I enjoy playing against cheaters, it is nice to have an actual challenge once in a while.
