So after updating to Asrock's new 1.60 bios I got the same results with memory. Nothing over 2400 worked. But I saw they also released a new beta 1.94 and I must say its looking alot better.

Attachment 172510

Currently at 2933, still a no go at 3200 but definitely an improvement. Looking forward to getting my 1080ti so i can test gaming performance. I'll also run some memory tests later today comparing 2133 up to 2933 to get an idea of the difference in performance if any.

In the meantime:
Attachment 172511
that 1646 is 3.8/2933 compared to 3.9/2400 and 3.8/2400
Are you giving ASRock feedback with your benching attempts?

Nice TI man, that is so dope =D

I'm really bummed with Ryzen tho, it's holding you back like crazy. I'm on a normal 1080, and I need to run more benchmarks but on the FF XIV benchmark I'm above you by over 4,000 points on 1080P =/ with the TI you should be a bit ahead of me. Seems like your CPU is bottlenecking you like mad =/

I'm still getting great performance though, coming from x58 this thing is awesome. It still needs time to mature.

Did you work on ocing that TI yet. I installed mine yesterday, got to play with the clocks some today, got it to 1975 core and 5994 mem so far.

I'm going to delve into benching with my 2500k tomorrow.

Again even not having a practical reason to do so i just like the idea. I also am a firm believer that we're about to near the transition of quad cores becoming the bare minimum for games.

As of right now nothing is happening for me until AMD can get clock speeds up, or increase OCing headroom, which maybe with a new stepping we might see that. Which from my understanding means moving from Finfet 14nm as it seems to be the limiting factor according to those that still keep up with everything today. If that means waiting for Zen+, well i'm completely fine with that. A platform upgrade in and of itself would be worth the switch coming from Z77 and i think waiting for PCIe 4.0 would be ideal. As my only real complaint outside of memory speeds with Ryzen is the lack of PCIe lanes. From what little i've seen talk of PCIe 4.0 supposedly remedies that? Supposedly AMD aims to have Zen+ out by 18, as well.

Right now despite my woes with my 780s not hitting the clocks i want (still think that's PSU related) i'm pretty set. Aside from a 144hz 1440p panel and an SSD, nothing is going to happen for a while.
Hey buddy you should get Ryzen right away and not wait. We are at the very end of our last little bit of time on this earth. All the biblical end time events have been happening for the past few years. We are finally coming to near the end of the end time events the bible talks about. We know there is never going to be peace in Syria again we know everything. The biblical rapture is imminent. There is not much time left on the earth for all the saved, believers so you should get Ryzen soon so you have time to play around with it before the rapture. So glad I found the Lord Jesus a few years ago so I could live forever and get raptured. Ryzen is awesome! I am getting a steady 60 FPS on my 2k 60 HTZ monitor with my GTX 1070. It only dips below usually on incredibly demanding scenes.
