Mail for win 10 is quite possibly the worst program ever coded...

...so I want to install a new desktop email client.

I am quite used to Windows essentials mail but it's no longer available to download, I've read it works flawlessly on 10 and i could dig around my HDD to see if I have a offline installer somewhere but idk if that will turn up any results.

So I'm thinking I need to find the full offline installer or submit to a new program like thunderbird or opera mail but I'm not sure about how those programs might collect data on me so... suggestions?

I want to keep all my emails in full offline btw so that's a factor, and importing all my old emails which no longer are on the servers will only work with essentials live mail so if i can find a trusted source for that download I'm ready, just have a hard time trusting some file servers i guess...

Good to hear and thanks for the file. I've been so frustrated by the win 10 mail client that i have been resorting to using my email through a browser for a while now. Today was the last straw when it took over 20 minutes to sync emails. Every other client i use takes about 5 - 20 seconds. Why M$? Why?
