sufficient Watt?

i was thinking about to build the following setup

CPU:i7 870 OC to 3,52Ghz maybe 4
GPU:MSI R7970 Lightning Radeon
RAM:12GB 1333 Mhz Kingston
CPU Cooler:Coolermaster V8 or Noctua NH-U12P SE2 (i"d like to have feedback here)
Power Supply:OCZ Modxstream pro 700Watt 80+ Certified.

will this setup work? is the cpu cooler good enough?
i would like to hear feedback about this setup Thankyou.

overclocking

the ram might hold you back! you might need to get faster ddr3 .I needed to upgrade my ram if i wanted to go faster then 3.5 ghz on my 930 you might need to do the same . And you should get a bigger power supply around 1000 watts

You don't have to have faster ram to overclock as you can just set the speed of your ram in the bios manually. That being said 1600 ram seems to be the sweet spot for Intel.1000 Watt power supply is overkill for that system as laid out but a better quality supply couldn't hurt.
