Recommend me an SSD please

So guys, I've grabbed myself some RAM, new GPU, new display, and my next step is an SSD. I've searched through the forum and read the sticky above, but I can't seem to find any concrete answers on what is the best/most reliable SSD at the moment. I'm not looking for the fastest one, just something around 60-90GB, that won't bomb on me if I put my PC into sleep mode, ect.

So what do you experts recommend? The Vertex 4 is looking pretty decent atm, any ideas about it? Intels new 520's are a bit too costly here for my liking.

Those are definitely the best bang for buck drives at the moment. I love my Vertex 4 as well, but it's a bit more expensive for not much more performance.

I have been using the original Vertex 120g for the last 3 years, the Vertex 2 240g and 180g for a couple years and a Vertex 3. I may sound like a fan but I tend to stick with what works for me and it makes chasing updates easy. I never have had any problems with any of them and they all serve as primary drive or for my games as I upgrade. The only thing that I could complain about is once when updating firmware it wiped out my data, but I had just backed it up so I just re-cloned the image back on.

No bargains in Aussie either, mind you the 512gb M4 as dropped from 700 bucks to 520 in the last 3 to 4 weeks, I keep hanging off buying one because of the price dropping.

Some early firmware updates did wipe the data on the drive, and even though it's not convenient, it's these types of destructive firmware upgrades that OCZ uses to fix a lot of the drives, when non-destructive upgrades cause problems.

$100 bucks for a 64gb drive, kinda on the dear side, especially when compared to prices in the states.
