cant reinstall windows live, help!!!!!

I recently uninstalled windows live messenger because it was not working properly and so i obviously had to get the newer one "Essentials". I downloaded it and it ran the install up to the point where it says i already have messenger and all the tools that come with the install. What should i do. All i want to do is go back on windows live and it wont let me install the **** thing. i attached a picture showing the install and what it looks like. No next button or option to install anything. I guarantee i uninstalled messenger. its not even in add or remove programs.

Are you positive you uninstalled it? Have you checked the All Programs menu as well as the Add & Remove Programs screen in the control panel?

make sure you disk is totally clean from the installation folders. If need be go to your C drive, go to the installation path and manually delete all the files under windows live.
