What I am asking is if anybody has done some before and after test with different rads to see if there really is any difference in using one Rad over the other??
http://skinneelabs.com/radiators.html skinnees comparison
martins radiator estimator http://martinsliquidlab.i4memory.com...stimators.html
main page for martins (has rad comparisons on it) http://i4memory.com/wp/martins-liquid-lab

How do I determine the Heat Watts, and how much the Rad dissipates heat??
cant remember exactly, I think its based off the amount of watts your CPU uses at full load (yours is around 150w i think) not sure how much power the 2x gpu's take. and the comparison charts should show the rad dissipation rates

Run sink water Through the blocks, pump, hose. Drain as well as you can, but don't freakaziod on draining. Inspect bottom of block, don't forget to remove the plastic cover!! Seen it done by pros, funny......
Really normal sink/tap water

I thought that distilled water was recommended for running through the pump and other parts to prevent lime scale build up etc

I did that but, after I rinsed and scrubbed the blocks and pump etc initially, I also re-rinsed with distilled water.

I used this guide for mine, its fairly similar.
